Healthcare scheduling platform built on the Foundation platform. Patient management, appointment workflows, and clinic administration - designed for regulated industries with clear UI and reliable performance.

Foundation.AI

Open Source (Apache 2.0)

Local-first .NET AI stack: embedded LLM inference via ONNX/LLamaSharp/BitNet, embeddings, in-process vector search (Zvec), RAG pipelines, document conversion for PDF/Office/markdown, and vision. One interface across OpenAI, Ollama, GGUF, and 1-bit models - no Python sidecar needed. Apache 2.0 licensed.

Foundation Platform

Production

A C#/.NET code generation framework and library system that scaffolds database-centric applications from model definitions. Includes security, auditing, networking, and telemetry modules. Everything K2 ships runs on this foundation - DbContext generators, EF tooling pipelines, and a consistent architectural pattern across all projects.

Scheduler

Production

A full-featured scheduling system built on the Foundation platform with its own Angular client, worker processes, and database layer. Serves as the reference implementation for new verticals - the pattern every other K2 project follows.

Real-time SignalR broadcasts, Gemini AI insights, Stripe billing, Google/Microsoft SSO, SMS notifications. Ported into the monorepo in two days - all 112 endpoints and full Angular client with zero regressions across 138 snapshot tests.
